Happy Valentine’s Day!
I know you are busy tenaciously achieving your ambitious goals, your successful professional life, your active personal life, your excellent health and wellness, your fun-loving friends, and your adoring family. You have it all perfectly balanced; or, I'll bet your packed schedule leaves you stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted.
I can totally relate!
I am so grateful I get to live my dream job. Earlier this year, I spent endless hours and days at a client's home managing appliance installations, electricians, painters, furniture deliveries, plumbers, carpenters, and window treatment installations - for three weeks. Somedays, it is like I am the conductor of an excellent orchestra; other times, it felt like I am the ringmaster of a circus. By the time the weekend arrived, I run down, in bed with my dog, Jinx. I needed to restore the balance between mind and body.
Do you ever feel like that?
Sometimes, do you forget to lavish yourself in a little unconditional self-love?
Unfortunately, I can't give you all a free spa day, but I do have two FREE gifts I would love to share with you.
My first FREE gift!

What do you say? Would you like some FREE unconditional love?
Just follow my lead.
Stop whatever you are doing, right now. Trust me. It can wait. That email will still be there in a few minutes.
Go ahead and wrap your arms around yourself. Give yourself a big hug.
Tell yourself, “I love you!” Say it out loud. You deserve to hear those words.
How did that feel?
It feels darn good, doesn't it!
Do it more often, my friend.
You deserve it!
